Service · Process transformation

Re-engineer the work, not just the slides.

Most transformations stall because the new process never reaches the people doing the work. We design the flow, the system, and the operating model together and stay until the new way is the only way.

    What it is

A program that re-shapes how work flows.

Process transformation is a multi-month engagement that combines discovery, redesign, technology choices, and change. We work side-by-side with your team not from a slide deck and we leave behind a way of operating that compounds.

    • Full discovery of the current end-to-end process, including the workarounds nobody documents.
    • Target state designed against measurable outcomes, not abstract maturity models.
    • Tooling, automation and AI choices made against the redesigned flow never the other way around.
    • Change embedded through the operating model, KPIs and continuous improvement cadence.
    How it works

    Three phases, one team.

Typical engagement runs 4, 9 months end-to-end depending on scope and the number of value streams in play.

    1. Step
      01

      Diagnose

We map the real process, quantify the loss, and agree the few outcomes worth chasing. 4, 6 weeks.

    2. Step
      02

      Redesign & build

We design the new flow, configure the systems, and pilot it with a real team on real work. 8, 16 weeks.

    3. Step
      03

      Embed

We hand over to owners with KPIs, governance, and a CI engine that keeps improving after we leave. 4, 8 weeks.

    Outcomes

    What you should expect.

    1. 01

A documented target process that the operating teams own not a consulting deliverable.

    2. 02

Measurable improvement on the 2, 3 KPIs that matter (cycle time, cost-to-serve, quality, throughput).

    3. 03

A clear operating model with accountabilities, governance and a CI cadence in place.

    4. 04

An organisation that knows how to run the next transformation without us.

Flovio helped us see our product launch process for what it really was, and redesign it for what it needed to become. High-quality products, launched on time, at scale. That is what we built together.

    FAQ

    Common questions, answered plainly.

How long does an end-to-end transformation actually take?
The first redesign and a working pilot land inside 3, 4 months. Full rollout across functions and geographies typically runs 9, 18 months, depending on scope and the number of business units involved.
Do we have to choose between process work and an ERP / system programme?
No and you shouldn't. The process design should set the requirements that the system has to honour. We frequently work alongside ERP and platform programmes precisely so the system is built on a process that's worth automating.
What happens to our existing process documentation?
We start by reading it, then validating it against how the work actually flows. Anything that still describes reality is reused; the rest is replaced with a simpler hierarchy that people can actually find their way around.
Who owns the work once you're gone?
A named process owner inside your organisation that's a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have. The transformation includes building that role, the governance around it, and the capability for them to keep improving the process after we hand over.
How do we know it stuck?
Each redesigned process ships with 3, 5 KPIs the process owner reports against, plus a 90-day and 12-month review. If the numbers don't move, the redesign didn't land and that's on us to fix.

Ready to fix it for real?

Tell us what's broken. We'll come back with a shape, a timeline, and an honest range usually within a week.
