Service · Process sprint

Four weeks. One process. A real answer.

When you need clarity fast before a system decision, a re-org, or a board meeting a Process sprint cuts straight to where the work actually breaks and what to do about it.

    What it is

A short, sharp engagement with a deliverable that ships.

The Process sprint is a 4, 6 week fixed-scope engagement focused on one process or one part of the value stream. You get a quantified diagnostic, a redesign, and a costed roadmap not a 90-slide report.

    • One process, one team, one clear outcome agreed on day one.
    • Two senior consultants in the work with you not a pyramid of juniors.
    • Weekly checkpoints with decisions, not status updates.
    • Ends with a redesign and a costed implementation plan you can execute internally or with us.
    How it works

    Six weeks, three milestones.

    1. Step
      01

      Week 1, 2 · Map

We walk the process end-to-end with the people who run it. We quantify the waste and surface the 2, 3 root causes.

    2. Step
      02

      Week 3, 4 · Redesign

We co-design the target flow, choose what to automate, and prototype the parts that need de-risking.

    3. Step
      03

      Week 5, 6 · Plan

We deliver the redesign, costed roadmap, and the operating-model changes needed to make it stick.

    Outcomes

    What you walk away with.

    1. 01

A quantified picture of where the process leaks time, money and quality today.

    2. 02

A target process design validated with the people who'll run it.

    3. 03

A costed, sequenced implementation plan with the right owner against each step.

    4. 04

Enough clarity to commit or to stop before a big technology spend.

    Client voice
I've worked with many consultants. I've never seen anyone get this deep, this fast without doing the work themselves. Extraordinary.

    FAQ

    Common questions, answered plainly.

How is a Process Sprint different from a consultancy assessment?
An assessment ends with a slide deck and a follow-up proposal. A sprint ends with one named process redesigned, the loss quantified in euros and hours, and a redesign your team can run on Monday in 4, 6 weeks, fixed scope, fixed fee.
Do we need to free up a lot of people?
No. We need ~2 hours per week from a process owner and access to 4, 6 people who actually do the work for short interviews. We do the heavy lifting between sessions.
Does this work without changing our systems?
Yes most sprints deliver value without a system change. We design what the process should be first; tooling decisions become much cleaner once that's on the table.
What if we already know what's broken?
Even better. We compress the diagnosis phase and spend more time on the redesign, the rollout plan and the metrics that prove it stuck.
    What does it cost?
Sprints start from €25k for a single, well-bounded process. The pricing page above breaks down the typical tiers; the final number depends on team size and how many systems the process touches.
