Service · Process automation

Automate the work, not the chaos.

Most automation programmes plateau because they paved over a broken process. We redesign first, automate second, and hand over something your team can actually run and extend.

    What it is

Automation grounded in how work really happens.

We deliver automations across workflow, integrations, RPA and AI agents. Every build starts from a clean process design and ends with an internal owner who can change it without us.

    • Process-first: we redesign the flow before writing a single integration.
    • Tool-agnostic we pick the right mix of workflow, RPA, iPaaS and AI agents for the job.
    • Built to be owned: documented, tested, and handed over with the runbook.
    • Measured against business KPIs, not number-of-bots delivered.
    How it works

    A predictable build cadence.

    1. Step
      01

      Shape

We pick the candidate processes, validate the ROI, and confirm the target design. 2, 3 weeks.

    2. Step
      02

      Build

We ship in 2-week increments working automation in production at the end of each one. 6, 14 weeks.

    3. Step
      03

      Hand over

We transfer ownership with documentation, monitoring and a backlog the internal team can run with. 2 weeks.

    Outcomes

    What gets better.

    1. 01

Manual hours removed from the processes that consume the most cost-to-serve.

    2. 02

End-to-end cycle times that no longer wait on human handoffs.

    3. 03

A maintained library of automations your team can extend and modify.

    4. 04

A delivery pattern your organisation can repeat without us.

    FAQ

    Common questions, answered plainly.

Should we automate first or fix the process first?
Fix the process first, automate second. Automating a broken process locks the dysfunction in place and makes it harder to change later. We run a short diagnosis and only automate the steps that are worth automating.
What tools do you build on?
Mainly Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and, where it's the right fit, RPA platforms like UiPath and integration tooling already in your stack. We're deliberately platform-pragmatic.
Do you write the bots yourselves or coach our team?
Both, depending on what you need. Many engagements are co-build: our team delivers the first 2, 3 automations end-to-end while your developers shadow, then we hand over with a playbook.
How do you decide what's worth automating?
We size each candidate by volume, error rate, cycle time and how stable the process is. Anything below a clear payback or sitting on a process that's about to change doesn't make the cut and we'll tell you so.

Have a process that's begging for it?

Send us the rough scope. We'll come back with a sequenced plan and a fixed price for the first automation.
